  'My insomnia was extremely debilitating, even though I was on sleep medication. It was taking the joy out of my life and everything I was doing felt like hard work. I found my insomnia pattern very difficult to break. After the first acupuncture treatment, successful results were experienced immediately and I started to re-establish a regular full night of good quality sleep.
