  'My insomnia was extremely debilitating, even though I was on sleep medication. It was taking the joy out of my life and everything I was doing felt like hard work. I found my insomnia pattern very difficult to break. After the first acupuncture treatment, successful results were experienced immediately and I started to re-establish a regular full night of good quality sleep. I also then began to start to wake up feeling refreshed, mentally and physically and able to cope with the day to day stresses. I no longer had that burden of constant tiredness and interestingly my awareness of dreams re-emerged.
